Where does LowestRate collect the displayed interest rates from and are these rates guaranteed?

All interest rates displayed on the LowestRate website are publicly advertised rates collected by LowestRate directly from the various lenders, and as such are subject to change at any time and without notice.  As lender terms and conditions will apply to all publicised rates, LowestRate cannot guarantee that these rates will apply to your particular lending requirements.
